The EBRD through its Legal Transition Programme has implemented projects to establish a robust alternative dispute resolution framework in Moldova. The initiative has been supported by the United Kingdom's Good Governance Fund and USAID. Implemented in close partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Mediation Council, with assistance from CEDR and IDLO.
